DIE-PRESSED GRAPHITE RINGS (Fire-Safe) TYPE A01
Manufactured from graphite tape, fire-safe graphite with corrosion inhibitor rings are predensified for ease of installation (density from1,2 to 2). Pure graphite seals are recommended for sealing valve and pumps. Advantage for special application such us:extreme conditions in high pressure and high temperatures with steam, gases, oil and various aggressive media.

METAL-REINFORCED DIE-PRESSED GRAPHITE RINGS
Manufactured from graphite with corrosion inhibitor tape reinforced with stainless steel 304,316,316L, zinc, nickel, iconel for very good resistance to high pressures.
Braided packing composed of very high quality fibres die-pressed rings, BRAIDED GRAPHITE with corrosion inhibitor, PTFE ARAMIDIC FIBRE.

Set of graphite rings for sealing valve with TOP/BOTTOM anti-extrusion, braided high quality graphite rings impregnated with corrosion inhibitor: this configuration allows very good resistance to high pressure.
Different combination of materials for TOP/BOTTOM rings, (density varying for sealing rings, different shape to allow a safe tightness with low compression).
Stuffing box packing can reach very high performances, reducing valve stem friction with a wide range of applications.
A flat, spiral seal consisting of a continuos “V” profile metal strip, uniformly spiral wound, with filler material. Under compression the “V” profile metal strip has an elastic action, which guarantees perfect retention under all fluctuating pressure and temperature conditions.
