The Quality Management System complements and integrates other company management tools to achieve increasing added value in activities and business processes.

The criterion for verifying the achievement of policy objectives involves referring to indicators directly related to key management parameters. These indicators may be periodically reviewed to guide Alpi Guarnizioni S.r.l. in making improvements.

The comparison between actual values and target values will serve as a basis for evaluating the effectiveness of the company policy (KPI = Management Review).

The requirements and implementation methods described in this Manual define our Quality Policy and, as such, require full compliance from all involved parties based on their respective competencies and responsibilities.
